    Eli Espinoza owns a 4 hectares of land in the village of Las Pirias, Chirinos. This microlot was hand-harvested from Geisha varietal trees, very carefully hand-sorted and dried under the protection of a solar drier for 45 days.

    This is a stunning high-cup score micro lot with tasting notes that include blueberry, passion fruit and honeysuckle.

Elí’s parcels of land are spread across the village, and he grows several varietals, including Typical, Caturra, Bourbon and a small amount of Geisha. He focuses on producing high cup score microlots with varietal separation.
