Brew Recipe

This coffee works well for all brew methods. 

Filter: Dose 15g-16g, water 250g. 
Espresso: Dose 18 gram to 40-42 gram yield over about 30 seconds.

    Our Cooperative coffee blend was released in 2019 and typically features washed coffees from central and south America. We select a coffee produced by small hold farmers dedicated to sustainable farming methods.

    Roasted to highlight sweet, chocolate notes making this a perfect coffee for espresso brewing or if you enjoy coffee with rich chocolate notes and good body. Great both with and without milk!

    Currently featuring coffee from Cafe Femenino in Peru, a cooperative of women coffee producers.

Excellent coffee

Visited a friend last year who had this coffee and was wowed by the intensity of the flavour and the mellowness of it. I love Peruvian coffee so this really left an impression of me. So much so that I came back home and bought some right away.
