The Wilfa Uniform + is a 58mm flat burr grinder designed for home use. Most coffee grinders at this price point use conical burrs. While these are great and more affordable to produce they tend to produce a less even particle distribution.

In addition to outstanding grind quality, the Wilfa Uniform + grinder features integrated, very accurate scales and is made of stainless steel and the build quality is a big step up from the more affordable Wilfa Svart grinder.

Although this grinder is designed mainly with filter coffee in mind the burrs are able to grind fine enough for espresso-making this an excellent all-round grinder. If you mainly grind for espresso we would still recommend a dedicated home espresso grinder like the Baratza Sette 270.

    Well-designed machine that feels solid

    The grinder was recommended by an expert friend and supplied by the excellent Horsham Coffee Roasters, whose service was very helpful and impressive. The new machine performs very well and is simple to use

    Excellent Grinder

    I have been after a decent grinder to upgrade from a basic burr grinder. James Hoffman says he has the Wilfa Uniform at home. it is a definite step up in grind and therefore brew quality. only using it for a V60 pour over. delivery was quick and the item a good price and well packaged.

    Great service and great coffee

    Placed an order with Horsham for a Wilfa grinder and a selection of their beans between Christmas and the New Year. Wasn't expecting to see either until well in to January. You can imagine my joy when dpd delivered my parcel on the 2nd. Horsham's service has been superb throughout, the Wilfa uniform exceeds my pretty high expectations and having now had chance to sample a couple of the different beans I'd ordered their coffee is equally superb. Will certainly be one of my go to roasters going forward.

    What a difference a good grinder makes. The consistency of grind for use with a Hario drip filter is incredible. Every day the same consistency and when paired with Horsham Coffee as well, beautiful depth of flavour throughout the temperature change. So, so pleased.
