  • About Nova Espresso Blend

Nova Espresso blend is our take on a more traditional high-quality Italian-style espresso blend.

    The blend contains:

    Colombia Alianza Verde washed 30%
    Brazil Mantiqueira pulped natural 70%

Based on a really good quality coffee from Brazil, this blend is roasted a touch darker than our Workhorse blend. We've developed the blend and roast style to suit espresso extraction and it's easy to work with and fairly forgiving.

Well rounded and easy to dial in

Very nice well rounded beans. First time I've tried an espresso that I've actually liked before turning it into a latte.
Took just 2 shots to dial in on a Sage Touch Impress and gets a consistent 1:2 30 second pour.
Pairs amazingly well with the Monin Creme Brule syrup.
