We’re making some exciting changes to our loyalty scheme to improve your experience and offer greater flexibility when redeeming your rewards. Here’s everything you need to know about the upcoming changes and what they mean for you.
Why Are We Making This Change?
We’re transitioning to a new loyalty system to streamline how you collect and use your points. This change will enable you to use your loyalty benefits more effectively, including the ability to redeem points against subscriptions. Our goal is to make the process smoother and more rewarding for you.
What Does This Mean for You?
- Your existing loyalty gift card will stop accumulating credit on 27/02/2025.
- Any credit you’ve already collected will remain available for use until 30th April.
- Your existing loyalty code and balance will still be viewable in your account, but it will no longer gain credit and the listed balance will not update as you spend it.
What Happens Next?
- From 27/02/2025, you will begin collecting points through our new loyalty provider.
- The value of points you earn per £ spent will remain the same.
- Instead of your loyalty code being updated with credit automatically, you will be able to redeem your new loyalty points for gift cards to use against future purchases.
When Will This Change Take Place?
We are planning for these updates to go live on 27/02/2025. We will do everything we can to ensure a seamless transition, but there may be a brief period where points are not collected. If this happens, please reach out to us and we will resolve this as soon as possible.
